Managing Director
Islam (MBA (MSU); BSc Hons in Psychology (UZ)) joined Glenrise in October 2023 as Managing Director. He has over 24 years experience in executive human resources and operational management. Prior to his appointment he had occupied the position of General Manager and Vice President for a reputable Diamond Mining company in Zimbabwe.

Finance Executive
Eric (CA (Z), CTA , BCom Accounting ( NUST) joined Glenrise in February 2024 as Finance Executive. He brings sound knowledge in IFRS and taxation ,overseeing finance functions and ensuring financial integrity & 13 years experience in the finance industry at various industry leading organizations.
Leopold Mhlanga
Operations Manager
Leopold (BSC Engineering (HONS), EMBA) joined Glenrise on the 1 April 2023 as the Operations Manager and has over 10 years’ experience in the engineering field at management level.
Isaac Marvin Tsingano
Human Resources Manager
Isaac ((MBA (NUST), BBA (MSU), Personnel Management Diploma (IPMZ)) joined the organisation in 2017 as Human Resources Officer. He was elevated to Human Resources Manager in 2018 which is a position he currently holds. Previously, Isaac served as Human Resources & Administration Officer for eight years at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ).
Netsai Lindiwe Sabau-Nyika
Business Development & Hospitality Manager
Netsai ( MBA-2025), ISO Lead
Auditor (PECB), BA (HONS Hospitality & Tourism Management (University of Bedfordshire), joined the organisation in 2022 as the Business Development, Marketing & Hospitality Manager. Experienced Business Development and Hospitality Manager with a proven track record in client relationship management and customer service. Previously served at The Gap Company & Delta Beverages, leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring quality control.
Henry Mudenda
Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) Manager
Henry (,ISO Lead Auditor (PECB), BSc Environmental Science (hons) in Pollution Science) joined the organisation in 2016 as the SHEQ Officer and was promoted to his current role of SHEQ Manager. Henry has a proven track record in driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of safety and quality within organizations.
